Teachers who are involved in the many extra-curricular performing arts opportunities in WJH schools are invited to request special programs that support shows or concerts in production. These opportunities unite teachers and students with professional actors, directors, and technical artists. We hope that such collaboration helps to improve students’ productions and to reinforce the concept that every aspect of production is vital to the quality of the whole.
We have been fortunate to be able to provide a dialect workshop to students performing in the TJHS production of Oliver!, a stage combat workshop to teach sword fighting to the cast of Romeo and Juliet Together (and Alive!) at Last, and a makeup workshop for the Oompa Loompas in Willy Wonka.
